BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

LOCATION

Kumeu, Auckland

My studio is home-based, and the address will be provided in your booking confirmation text.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. As I work by appointment only and may still be finishing with another client, I kindly ask that you wait until your appointment time before coming to the door. Follow the pavers down the right side of the house to the studio entrance.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

PARKING

Free street parking is available. Please be mindful of neighbouring driveways when parking. If my driveway is free when you arrive feel free to park there.

PAYMENT

Payment is due on the day of your appointment. Eftpos machine is available but please note a surcharge applies for paywave and credit card payments. Cash payments are welcome however please bring the exact amount, as change is not kept on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to fill your booking and directly impact my small business, so I kindly ask that you respect the following:

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or appointments missed without any communication will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected illnesses can happen. These situations will be considered at my discretion, and where appropriate, I may choose to waive the cancellation fee if we are able to reschedule your appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require full payment at the time of booking for all future appointments.
